EAGLECORE Ltd. is a recruitment agency registered in England & Wales. For the purposes of GDPR and equivalent laws, we are the data controller for the candidate data described here. Contact: eaglehuntsyou@eagle-core.com.

Name, email, phone or Telegram handle, country, the role you applied to, your CV or portfolio files and anything you write in the application form. We also record anonymous, aggregated analytics: page views, device type and referral source. We never store your raw IP address.

To assess your candidacy, to contact you about this and similar roles, and to introduce your profile to a prospective employer — only after you apply. Our legal bases are consent and legitimate interest in recruitment.

Our recruiters, and the hiring team of the specific employer you applied to. We never sell data and never forward your CV to another company without asking you first.

Applications are deleted 180 days after submission unless you are hired or ask us to keep your profile in our talent pool. Media files follow the same schedule. Analytics events are aggregated and carry no identifiers after 30 days.

You may request access, correction, portability or erasure, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to eaglehuntsyou@eagle-core.com. We answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

If you apply through our Telegram bot, Telegram processes your messages under its own policy. Data you send the bot is stored on our servers and handled exactly like a website application.
